On behalf of Nagomi Suites, we want all residents to stay Warm and Cozy at our service apartment and feel like “Your Second Home”. We are located in the middle of the city in South Jakarta. You were able to access everywhere, such as Shopping Centers, Entertainment, Bus Stations, and MRT by using public transportation Easily.
We not only built rooms but also home where the feeling of Natural and Relaxed life is the atmosphere of Nagomi Suites. We take it seriously by choosing and designing apartment buildings with natural materials, such as open concrete, brakes, and solid teak wood.
In addition, we have chosen the highest quality products. Not only luxurious but also comfortable life. Then, we would like you to travel through the Indonesian culture by showing the decorations of “Batik” and paintings from all over the rich Indonesian archipelago.
Inside Nagomi Suites Building
Nagomi Suites is an accomodation with full serviced suite room facilities located in South Jakarta. Located only 200 meter from Ayodya Park, a green public space in neighbourhood, Nagomi Suites applied the concept of continuous greenery into the building from the park. Consisting of 6 storeys, the greenery concept also been done vertically by giving each storey layers of garden, so each room unit has a view of private garden.
The building facade is facing west means reveives the strongest sun at the hottest part of day time in tropical areas, Nagomi Suites applied balconies on the top storey room unit as sun shading. Nagomi Suites consist of 40 suite rooms.
The corridors of Nagomi Suites building utilize natural cross ventilation from vent blocks that applied in the north and the east facade of the building. As the existing site already further below the main street, it used as basement parking zone with less landfill work one the site. The basement also functioned as building service room. While in the one level up from the basement functioned as main lobby, next to the back office house and commercial area.
The Nagomi Suites building material is mainly finished with exposed concrete and bengkirai wood.
